THE KINGSWAY COMPLETE REDO
This complete reno and addition to a traditional style house in the Kingsway area, creating a simple and welcoming front yard with an open/ terraced walkout deck from the backyard kitchen area with a sitting area while keeping it low key and low maintenance was top of the list for a busy family with two teen boys and a very friendly dog.
Due to elevated walkout kitchen, an open and terraced deck was designed as an extension of the kitchen area that links to a lower and private sitting area with an overhead pergola with shades for hot summer days or for cozy evenings around the fire pit.
