Skyshapes Landscape Design offers a wide range of services that meets your needs.
Landscape Design Consulting- Consist in onsite meeting and sketch that clients would like to garden themselves but need guides for the right place- the right plant.
Landscape Project Design – After an initial consultation by phone followed by an on site meeting, the designer gathers all the information required about client’s needs and expectations while taking site measurements, photos and site conditions. Mihaela will provide the Design Package that includes: Base Plan, Proposed 2D Plan and/or 3D -if required and a Plant Material Catalogue.
CAD Detail Drawings either for Subcontractors to install or for City of Toronto to obtain Building Permit
Project Management- Mihaela can assist in managing the project for her clients.
Included but not limited to:
Sourcing estimates from selected construction firms.
Overseeing project installation and evaluate the quality of materials as well as the proper techniques are used.
Help in efficiency decision making so the project is complete on schedule.
