Initially this backyard was never used at its potential due to poor drainage which led to pooling water in the lawn after heavy rains or early spring after the snow melts.
AN NDS Flo-well Drainage System was installed to collect the excess water and the lawn was regraded.
Low maintenance plants were installed around the perimeter to add interest throughout the year for the family to enjoy either looking from inside the house, from upper deck or enjoy the gardens and the lawn.
